Shipping costs

Italy: free express shipping.
Europe: free express shipping to Austria, Belgium, Bulgaria, Croatia, the Czech Republic, Denmark, Finland, France, Germany, Greece, Hungary, Ireland, Luxembourg, Malta, Monaco, the Netherlands, Norway, Poland, Portugal, Romania, Slovakia, Slovenia, Spain and Sweden.
United Kingdom, Switzerland, Liechtenstein, Serbia: €19, express shipping.
United States and Canada: US$50 with DHL Express.
Australia and New Zealand: €50.
United Arab Emirates: US$50.

Timing

Every Opera Poster is handmade after you order: production takes 7–10 working days, up to 13 with a frame or in the 70×100 format. Once shipped, express delivery within Italy and Europe takes 24–48 hours.

During Ferragosto week (15 August) shipping is paused: finished pieces don't leave the studio on those days. Shipping resumes on the Monday after Ferragosto week.

Why it takes the time it takes

Every Opera Poster is coloured by hand with screen-printing, intaglio and/or acrylic inks, and needs time to dry, which also depends on the format. Opera Posters are not digitally printed, so a longer or shorter wait is normal, depending on the colouring technique. No Opera Poster is ever shipped unless it meets an exceptionally high standard, checked by hand.

Tracking and delivery

When your order ships, a waybill with a unique tracking number is issued and you'll receive an email with a link to follow your parcel. If delivery fails because nobody is in, the recipient is responsible for contacting the courier to arrange another attempt.

Collection from the studio

By appointment, you can collect your order from the United Colors of Naples studio, Palazzo Diomede Carafa, Via San Biagio dei Librai 121, Naples (tel. +39 392 162 9364).
