About this piece
AMAMI ANCORA.

And then, in the end — though it's not really the end, since that ending is often bang in the middle of something that maybe just couldn't finish. Because nobody actually says something has to end, or that it's really over — that ending is, in a way, a genuinely new thing, except it had to end first for it to begin.
A bit like those old peasant songs, those rural festivals that, metaphorically, celebrated the end — the death — of the harvest. Because the harvest had to die for there to be, some time later, a new one — maybe richer, maybe just nicer. You have to kill the spirit of the harvest, celebrate its end, to get the fields, the soil, ready for something new that's still to come, still to be sown, tended, watered.
Watered, above all, with sweat, with the effort that beautiful things always need, and with all that pain you went through — pain you might, today, actually think was worth it, and thank goodness for it, all that damned pain. Like that.
Every Opera Poster is made by hand, just for you. There's no warehouse of finished pieces — each one is created only when you order it.
Every Opera Poster is a one-of-a-kind piece of art, signed, dated and embossed. With a certificate of authenticity signed by the artist.
Every Opera Poster is made in Naples, with love — plenty of it (assaje, as we say around here).

We're not a print shop. We're a craft workshop in Naples, where every piece is born from a dialogue with the song, with the artist's story, with what those words meant to the people who lived them.
Every piece that leaves our workshop is unique. Not as a marketing line, but by nature: letterpress is not a perfectly repeatable process. The mark stays.
